The Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/3047) reg. 1(2) have been updated to reflect the introduction of additional statutory paternity pay and the renaming of statutory paternity pay as ordinary statutory pay. The amendments took effect on 14 November 2010.
