Kate Upcraft of ISIS Support Services and Denis Barnard of HR Comparison Ltd are running a series of workshops in the Autumn in London and Birmingham on implementing payroll and HR software. The workshops take place over two half-day sessions and cover:

building a business case for new or replacement payroll and HR systems;

deciding on the features and functionality to meet the organisational requirements;

assessing the various methods of delivery and implementation;

selecting the applications most likely to meet the required criteria; and

understanding how the implementation phase should be planned and project managed.
Places are limited to 12 delegates per workshop. The workshops cost £395 + VAT per delegate.
