HMRC have published for taxpayers who wish to send their company accounts to HMRC and to file their accounts with Companies House.
HMRC and Companies House provide a joint online filing service enabling accounts to be submitted to both organisations using HMRC's free corporation tax online software. The service can be used to file full statutory accounts, abbreviated accounts or dormant company accounts using data entered in the accounts template.
