HMRC produce learning modules for their staff as part of their staff training to help HMRC staff understand the legislation. Following discussions with representative bodies, HMRC agreed to make the learning modules available to tax agents and advisers. The learning modules relating to the new compliance checks and penalty regimes have now been published and are available to download on the HMRC website.
